Micro-Hole Perforated Metal always indicates that the hole size is less than 1.0 mm.Our CNC punching machine can make the smallest holes (0.4mm and 0.5mm), etching micro-hole perforated metal mesh can be as small as 0.1mm and even smaller, and drilling perforated metal makes holes smaller than thickness.
Our micro-perforated metal is made from 0.1 mm–1.0 mm thick stainless steel sheet, carbon steel plate, aluminum sheet, brass sheet, and other metal plates.
Micro-Hole Perforated Metal is not the same as standard hole-size perforated metal.Because the diameter of the holes and the sheet thickness are usually the same for these types of sheets (also known as "holes as thickness"), the hole size cannot be larger than the sheet thickness.It is for chemical, food, and mechanical purposes. We have more than one hundred ready tooling molds in stock to make micro-hole perforated metal in sizes ranging from 10 mm to 1500 mm in width and length, which can be custom made.
